Club Atlantis, that is!  Located on Millionaire’s Row in Mid-Beach, this majestic condominium was built in 1982 in what was the grounds of the Morris Lapidus’ Algiers Hotel. Part of its grandeur lies in the space it occupies on Collins Avenue, taking the entire block from 25th to 26th streets. This is the only promenade of this kind in Miami Beach, becoming a private way that goes from 24th street up to 29th street. It is within walking distance from all restaurants, shops, clubs, hotels, theaters, the Bass Museum, the New World Center, Lincoln Road, the Faena District, and a short bus or car ride to Bal Harbour shops.
